Semi-Finished Coaxial Cable —RG7 CU/48/AL

Standard Shielding Core with Solid Copper Conductor & 48-Wire Aluminum Braid

The semi-finished RG7 CU/48/AL coaxial cable is an unjacketed coaxial core designed for use in the manufacturing of standard-performance RG7 coaxial cables. It consists of a solid copper (CU) inner conductor for excellent signal transmission, a foamed polyethylene dielectric, a bonded aluminum foil shield, and a 48-wire aluminum braid providing baseline protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI).

This core is provided without an outer jacket, enabling downstream customization with PVC, LSZH, or PE sheathing based on environmental exposure, fire classification (e.g., CPR Dca/Cca), and application needs.
