Semi-Finished Coaxial Cable RG7 — CU/64/CCA

Balanced High-Shielding Core with Solid Copper Conductor & 64-Wire CCA Braid

The semi-finished RG7 CU/64/CCA coaxial cable is a high-performance unjacketed coaxial core consisting of a solid copper (CU) inner conductor, a low-loss foamed polyethylene dielectric, a bonded aluminum foil shield, and a 64-wire copper-clad aluminum (CCA) braided shield. It offers a reliable combination of signal integrity, moderate-to-high EMI protection, and cost optimization, making it ideal for producing finished RG7 cables used in CCTV, CATV, satellite, and RF distribution.

This core is supplied without an outer jacket, allowing for customized extrusion using PVC, LSZH, or PE sheathing depending on indoor/outdoor use and CPR compliance requirements.
